- Listings that sold at discounts of more than 10% from the asking price took more than 24 weeks to sell.
This study brings home the point that
we don't dictate the price, the market does.
Presentation
Presentation is very important because buyers in today's market
often limit the number of homes they will physically tour
by researching the market via the internet. Thus, your home

get sold in the shortest period of time at the highest price.
We work with our sellers on a number of items including minor
repairs, removing clutter, etc.
Promotion

Protection
Protecting your best interests is very important to us and we work in various ways to protect you and minimize any possible inconveniences. We work hard to ensure that all potential buyers that tour your home have been qualified by a lender. We negotiate with prospective purchasers on your behalf to get the best possible offer with the least amount of potential roadblocks. Once an offer is accepted, we work with the selling Realtor®, title company, appraiser and home inspector to ensure the offer moves smoothly to a closing.
